UPDATE:
Hey everyone! We got a port a potty! Thanks Potty Queen!
A big thank you to Kelly Sensining for helping us organize some kids games, and letting us use her wheel and duck pond!
Also a big thank you to my husband (Rob Shultz, of Shultz Home Improvement- fully insured, free estimates) for making us two huge signs to put up at major intersections in the area. We'd love more if anyone has any to donate!
AND......we are getting some wonderful silent auction items donated! Thank you to all of our vendors who are donating and I'll have a list of businesses who are donating to the within the next couple weeks! That will be my next post!
This is the info and sponsorship page for Picnic in the Park!
Hello everyone! Thanks so much for checking us out. Here you will find all up to date info on the event, and we will list our vendors and sponsors here! We appreciate all our vendors and sponsors so much! You are helping to make this a huge success!
Just a bit about who we are raising funds for......The PJ Project was founded by Kaitlyn Berger and her mom Angela. Kaitlyn is a middle schooler in the Boyertown Area School District. The organization is committed to raising funds to buy new pajamas for children in need at area safe houses and women's shelters. They also collect new and gently used pajamas for them.
The Boone Area Library is a public library in Birdsboro Pa serving the Daniel Boone School District with a great library and programs for children.
Please come out to support these two great organizations! If you would like to be a vendor you may email staceychapman2@aol.com and if you are a business and can donate anything at all.....cash, children's games, silent auction items, port a potties, etc please email lauras@macaronikid.com
This event is being hosted by Macaroni Kid Reading Area (Laura Shultz, Publisher and Editor) and Stacey Chapman Ind. Avon Rep. and will be taking place in Main Bird Park in Birdsboro PA. Main and Water St's. Sept 17th 10am to 4pm. Rain date is the 18th.
